Damn right it is! The fact that Alphas is Heroes done right is one of the main things that have kept me watching. it was also one of the things that worried me a little coming into this season since season 2 was where Heroes flew so far off the rails. But Alphas continues to ascend. The showrunners for Heroes should

I would say most adhereing to basic "standards" of beauty, sadly. I too think Rachel is much more attractive than Nina, and I always have, but yeah I think Nina would be more of an a-typical beauty. I agree with @avclub-13d7df3c17502af69aafccc758195f96:disqus 's assement though that their respective attractiveness

I would argue that indifference towards her would be worse than dislike. I think at least this way we have the opportunity to redeem our feelings towards her. I don't think there's any coming back from indifference. but over all, I tend to think that she's the most pointless character on the show since they don't do

It's not that they've ever given a reason to dislike Nina, it's that they've never given a reason to like her. She's in the middle of a group with the endearing autistic kid, the good looking jock whose having custody issues (and who's also new to the knowledge that he's an Alpha so we get to see him struggle with

I expected that too, or for awhile I expected her to push Hicks to shot her so she'd fall. The problem I now have with that is how hard Hicks would have taken it. You just know he'd feel as though he killed her and wouldn't forgive himself and all that jazz. As I mentioned in my post, I would have preferred it if

First off, I'd rather they'd had her kill herself. Not because I don't like Nina (although I don't like Nina and this episode didn't help me to get there quite as much as it did Todd I think), but because it's the kind of extremely weighted ending that would have, in my opinion, totally absolved the episode's early

I'm still questioning the Nina pushes herself reveal. It's possible that she's incapable of using her powers on herself. Immediately after she says the words, she doesn't appear to be any happier than she was before. I'm wondering if she's been trying to push herself and failing.

Rather pointless episode I thought. I didn't see anything within it that justified its existence. Could they not have ended the previous episode and then opened up this one with them arriving  in Charleston and lost nothing in the process? I vote yes. In a show that's only working with a 10 episode set, there needs to
