Vs. Predator!

How many Valiant universe rebirths are we up to now? More importantly does the nostalgia I have for the first one hold up? I'm afraid of what will happen to my halcyon days of youth if I have to revisit "Shadow Man #19 featuring Aerosmith!" again.
