    What I'm wondering is how the show will address "The Usurper, Balon Greyjoy," when Stannis (presumably) tosses the jarred babies into the fire. Has the show even mentioned Balon had crowned himself king? There yet are three jars to represent Balon, Joffrey, and Robb. But still.

    Joffrey's motives aren't known, but Jaime surmised Joffrey must have overhead Robert saying that killing the boy would be a mercy.

    It would explain why she sounds British/Westerosi, rather than having an "exotic" accent they seem to give to characters from the Free Cities.
