I have nothing against GaGa. I'm not a fan of that type of music, but it just seems to me that she goes out of her way to be taken serious as an artist. Of course, the cold reality is that these pop artists careers are directly linked to selling units. I guess someone at her label thinks this is a good idea to bring

The logical step for a musician who wants to be viewed as a serious artist.

The copy that I rented contained a history of the Friday movies. I remember that being way better than the actual movie. Still, it does deliver exactly what it promised.

Ah, Jason X. A movie proving that teens in the future and just as annoying as those in the present.

No sense is complaining about the poor characterization and bad dialogue. The ratings are so high that no one at AMC isn't going to start messing with the formula.

I guess we will never get to see Machete in Space.

Horns up!

Apatow people..and Rob Halford…whaaaaaaaaat?

Actually, if Indy wasn't there, he would not have been able to rescue the arc from the clutches of the evil Nazis and return it the US, where it is safely stored by rolls and rolls of government red tape.

I was so tired, I didn't realize that it was still going, which is another reason that I want to watch it again.

You know what? I figured out this morning that I missed the last 5 or so minutes. For some reason, I assumed that it was over at 11:00PM. I planned on watching it again before next week, so I didn't bother asking anyone what happened.

My thought is that Lily Rabe is going to resurrect Kathy Bates.

I wasn't crazy about this episode, but just hang in there, because I'm sure they will ratchet up the crazy in no time. The first two seasons are worth checking out if you like this one.

That was such a great game! The edition with the voice acting was fun too. If I remember correctly both Tim Curry and Michael Dorn were involved.

I was looking forward to this, but not much in show really grabbed me. I was kind of bored through most of it. I would give it a 4 on the crazy meter.

Gabriel Knight was such an awesome game. I went to New Orleans shortly after playing the game and made a point to visit the locations in the book. The Napoleon House was my favorite place of them all.

I will. Thanks for the recommendation.

I groan and usually take the, "all kinds" cop out. It's hard for me to explain that I like everything Napalm Death to Joanna Newsom, because I don't even understand my tastes. Maybe, I can chalk it up to liking music that sounds unique.

Art That Ruins Other Art Thread

I just finished Joyland, which I thought was pretty darned good. It was short and sweet. You can tell that King was more interested in the carny aspect than the mystery. I'm re-reading A Clockwork Orange, because I caught the movie on IFC's Kubrick week and I hadn't seen it in a bit.
