I've seen all of the Evil Dead movies in the theater during their original theatrical releases. One thing that stands out in my mind is how empty the theaters were during the original releases. It's really amazing how these movies managed to catch on and become huge cult successes. When I first saw Army of Darkness,

I'd only pay to see the Apatow crew vs the Sandler crew…in a blood match.

Do these guys all live on the same block?

Even George RR seems to forget about them in the books.

Next Week's Headline Prediction: Michelle Shocked Heads to Rehab

Voivod, "Dimension Hatross". Great stuff! The new album is indeed awesome. I keep hoping that they will remaster Killing Technology.

Reign is Blood is so short that the full album fit on one side a the cassette that it was released on. It was great fun listening to it, flipping it over, and listening to it again. No filler on that album.

This show does not fit in with the type of shows that I normally watch (Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Dexter, Game of Thrones), but there's something about it that makes me love it more than any other show that I've ever seen, with the exception of Twin Peaks.

I've always wondered which came first…the dwarves or the Jawas.

I've never seen that. Is it available anywhere?

I knew there was something else in there, but I kept thinking it was "Boy!" and I knew that wasn't right.

I have Evil Dead on Blu-ray and it looks awful. It works much better in low res.

"The funeral is about to begin!"

Everyone hates this band, but someone had to buy all of those albums. Just admit it.

Thanks for the confirmation on that! I wanted to watch Talking Dead to see if they mentioned it or not, but I didn't bother. All we need now is the nurse zombie.

Did anyone notice the zombie that looked exactly like gas station zombie from the original Dawn of the Dead? It was the bald zombie with his eye gouged out that attacked Merle when he was in the car and they were playing a Motorhead song.

Maybe the will cut off the Governor's arm and it will become a zombie arm that kills people, but can't eat because it has no mouth.

Exactly!

It's more fun not knowing the origin of Snake Plissken. Do we really need to know why people keep saying, "I thought you were dead?"

Since there are only two episodes left, it may be a possibility. It would be huge letdown if that is what happens. I keep thinking of the conversation between Milton and Herschel where he was asking him about his amputation. Maybe Milton will be doing the severing to save The Guv. Or will he?
