Your comments don't have any substance, son.

And the dude who spends a lot of time in Marvel movie threads is super objective!
AvClub isn't actually all of the internet or the movie-going populace.
Maybe that final transformation will come when he loses his hair and gets thrown in jail.
I'm wondering two things about Lex Zuckerberg here: 1) his awkward, dorky act is just that, right? 2) and if that's true, does he know about Superman and Batman's identities? Because it would be just like Lex to enjoy hamming it up, knowing that neither of the other two men have even guessed that he's something more…
As long as defending Superman Returns is not in the contract. There are lines even I can't cross.
I'm pretty sure his loud quirky act at the party is just that, an act.
It needs someone to edit and re-cut it like the nerds did for Star Wars prequels.
Yeah, it was lame of Tony to try to equate his work relationship to the lifelong childhood friendship Steve has with Bucky. Even stupider still that the movies work that angle like there's actually something there but I'll still watch Civil War.
He used to in the old comics.
I hope y'all get paid by Marvel to spew this nonsense.
You think they actually read the comics?
They're probably setting up a future arc.
I'd be happiest with a Lex Luthor in the vein of Clancy Brown/John Shea/Michael Rosenbaum.
MoS was a box office hit so I'd be surprised if this wasn't as well. People like superhero movies because they don't have to think and it's a known formula. With a new look at Batman and the first introduction of Wonder Woman on the big screen, it will rake in the dough even if it's as messy as its predecessor.
I kind of wonder if the purpose of Wynn (sp?) isn't to be a tragic death down the road as he is likable but so very expendable.
I liked Man of Steel just because it wasn't trying to remake the Christopher Reeve Superman and movies. It created a new vision, which yes was very jumbled, but it had some good ideas in there. I think while still being too grimdark for those who are clinging to a Lois-and-Clark/Christopher Reeve version of Superman,…
That just makes me like it more.
DC is going for the fangirl audience and a very specific section of the fangirl audience. Bless them.
Pretty sure the Tony vs Cap fight is about them taking sides on Dawn of Justice.
