What a sad shell of an existence :(
I am so glad I already have this typed out somewhere else so I can just copy and paste:
Book!Hermione is so superior to Movie!Hermione.
The good thing about Hermione is she doesn't let anything stop her from her goals.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who made the Jake/Amy = Ron/Hermione comparison in my head. (I thought it was just because Hogwarts Nine Nine tumblr.)
It was self-defense the first time they hit Sam. Not after.
"Promise me, Ned," Lyanna's statue whispered. She wore a garland of pale blue roses, and her eyes wept blood. — AGOT Eddard XIII
Well, Kara probably has some survivor's guilt and doesn't want to feel like she's replacing her mom. She never had any sisters on Krypton so no worries there.
Every week that goes by without Ichabod making a mention of either the Hamilton Musical or Hamilton the person, my disappointment with this show grows.
Oh, no, it only makes sense if he planned it and then lost his cool. And to be honest, while it would make him a really great cop to go to be willing to drop everything and go undercover, not sure it would make him great husband material.
I mean, technically, he already did die. Maybe it's going to be Zombie!Francis for the rest of the show?
So Grace and Pete are siblings, right?
She was drunk for several days?
I am so onboard with the Undercover Work theory. Notice how suspicious new partner was conveniently there for his suspension and firing? I think even the fight was staged but was supposed to be a push and Michael lost his cool
Oh ffs.
To be honest, everything I know about the English monarchy I learned from "The Tudors" so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This show doesn't deal with trauma well at all which keeps with the tone but makes things like Michael attacking Rafael difficult to parse. Is it bad writing? Normal for the show? Part of some soap opera twist to come? Who knows?
The more I think about it, the more I wonder if Michael didn't let slip what happened with Nadine to his superiors and went after Rafael when he had Mateo just so he'd have a reason to go undercover with Sin Rostro by fucking up his own life and driving Jane away. It makes more sense for him to go all Departed and…
Having him attack Rafael with Mateo there was just over the top and poor writing, IMO. Jane would have been justified in dumping him if Mateo hadn't been there as she doesn't need that drama. Also, it just seems weird Michael would do that now and, again, when Mateo was there.
