I like Paul Hornscheimer's art a lot but The Three Paradoxes didn't click for me. Can anyone recommend another book of his that might sway me to be a fan?

Eh, when death is used as a cheap stunt it's stupid, but if it's a plot point it doesn't bug me. Superheroes are eventually going to return to the status quo.

Hey, is the call back to the premium episode Hot Dog appeared on? I just started listening to the podcast when the tv show wrapped up last year and have now listened to every single free episode and the premium Chicago show, but I haven't gone through the other premium episode. Please let me know. I will delay…

I haven't gotten to either CBB from this week yet but I feel super spoiled that there's episodes with Adomian AND Daly AND a new tv episode.

I understand the need to kill Damian but I wish it had happened pre New 52 to give Batman a cleaner slate.

Other than what's been mentioned already, I'd really recommend Eddie Campbell's Alec. Great stuff.

Yeah they seem pretty mean spirited. So does writing a song with obvious clues who it's about when you know your fan base is going to take the effort to decode it.

@avclub-2c8e5fa1342ec5a5feb9fb5749fe4b00:disqus  The returning champions have increased the frequency of me listening to the podcast. The Werner Herzog stretch turned me from a casual fan into someone who's paid for premium episodes.

Black Mirror was great. I've liked Snyder's Batman work since then, but it's not in the same league. I really wish that Dick could have been Batman longer. There should be at least twice as much of Morrison's Batman and Robin.
