For sure. I understand CRTC regulations and the MAPL system for radio broadcasting, and to a certain degree, I subscribe to the idea that they can help established acts maintain a foothold in the market for a longer period of time.

It baffles me that bands like Hedley and Marianas Trench have had this much staying power. I remember seeing their first videos back when I watched Much Music, which was about a decade ago.

I'm Canadian, and these guys have gotten a fair amount of airplay up here. This song's critiques would be a lot more clever if it didn't sound so close to every other song they've written.

So that makes this show zero for two when it comes to defenestration-related murder attempts.

Yeah, I get that vibe from him as well. I remember watching the beginning of Gil Ozeri's Entourage livestream, and Pally seemed to treat their intern a bit brusquely. Granted, I'm a bit over-sensitive to those interactions and I thought he was fine on CBB, but sometimes he rubs me the wrong way.
