Was I the only one who applauded when Jake and Elwood Blues did exactly that?

I loved that his guy's name was Dimitriy/Dima, because Dima is a super fucking common name for Russian bodyshop owners.

Once again, I'm late to posting, but I'd really appreciate anyone's input on this.

This sounds solid, my roommate agreed. FWIW, apparently they did fire like 7 people last week. His store isn't far from where I work and a couple of my coworkers mentioned it today.

In the off chance that someone sees this so far down the line, I'd appreciate some feedback. I'm usually a lurker but have been on here since I was 17 (am 24 now), if that accounts for anything.

Since graduating college (I don't know how old all of you are), how would you say you've changed? If you think you have, how long did it take you?

As long as we're listing stuff, "Father Figure" by Tijuana Panthers applies - "father figure in my head, it's the best that i can get".

If anything lasts in life:

This episode just felt all over the place to me. The Banana Guard gag was fun but felt a little long, and the tone felt very haphazard once the goo monsters arrived. I felt like "James I" was, overall, a pretty tragic episode (he sacrificed himself!), so the levity in this episode felt out of place.

I marathoned the whole show a few years ago (had just turned 21) to see what the hubbub was about, and came to the conclusion that this was perfect 'comfort food television'.

In defense of Andrew Lincoln's wedding video, my heart was really breaking for him by the end of that clip.

That's allright. On a side note, my old roommate told me Olivia Olson used her dad's money to walk all over people in their high school, who hoped to get some potential acting gigs. This kinda makes Marceline all the more interesting to me.

I think it's because most of the 90's nostalgia online (esp. tumblr and other blogs) comes from kids born in the late 80's and early 90's. I know I remember Hey Arnold/Pokemon much more than the heyday of Nirvana. You could even say 90's nostalgia is basically 1994-2002.

Yeah I could see that. I was 10 when it happened and I don't know many people my age who think of this as a"post-9/11 era".

I took a class called Comics on the Silver Screen my first semester at college, and I never really appreciated the fact that I learned about American Splendor there until my last year at school. That's not to say I didn't like AS; I just felt like I overlooked it. Now, I feel like it's too good to be true that we

The more I think about it, if I never make more than a minimum wage salary, I'll probably never have cable TV again.

I can attest to all this as a 22 year old girl.  Also don't forget Good Burger and Zenon Girl of the 21st Century.

FINALLY I CAN TALK ABOUT MYSELF

What the fuck?!  Walt would never go back to pseudo!!!

I was pretty struck by how honest he was in his AVC interview, so I'm looking forward to this book.
