I ordered out ( I know, this is a cooking thread, but hear me out) last night, local very good italian place,  and they have a Suprema sauce that is half marinara/half alfredo that is GREAT.  First time i tried it. The alfredo was very cheesy.  I have a wee bit of leftovers for tonight :)

Not totally related, but I just made the old standby Nestle Tollhouse choc chip cookies with my kids Monday night and jesus you can't beat em. Two variances:
1. use margarine, not butter - crisper exterior (I think this is somewhat common knowledge?)
2. add a third egg.  Makes them almost "cake-like" inside, perfect…
