I had 2 Negronis at the basement bar at Japanois (sp) in Chicago on Saturday, inspired by one of you guys!  It was GREAT! $13 welll worth it.  I think there were 3 kinds of bitters.  As the ice melted it mellowed and just kept getting better.

@avclub-a1967e6de4ca99fb2635d94b99453928:disqus  - if you can, use free weights.  Much better overall workout than machines.  Machines were basically designed to isolate muscles for rehab purposes.  free weight workouts offer better balance etc.
