Was on vacation a few weeks ago and caught Antenna TV's Sunday night block of WKRP & Newsradio. I ended up seeing season 2 episode "In Concert", where the WKRP staff reacts to the Riverfront Coliseum trampling deaths at The Who concert. The interwebs tells me it aired just two months afterwards.
