"Well, the Kardashians is a pretty good show…"

@staircar1: Good God, I would love that show. Norm is one of the greatest Conan guests ever.

"N0 you can't! You suck and you're wasting my time!"

@St.Pat: He shoots a guy in the face with blanks. Although, if anyone is "owning" in In Bruges, it's gotta be Ralph Fiennes.

Booze.

I don't know that Rousseau gave up her career. I know some scientists personally, and their work takes them all over the world. Likewise, obtaining funding for research can be difficult. Maybe an opportunity presented itself in LA, Rousseau and Alex moved, funding dried up and hence she is struggling. Not much of a

Too soon!

If Jin and Sun are a candidate together then the fifth element really is love.

It's a pity that pill-popping Nirvana beardo Jack and drunken Stooges pants-shitting Sawyer never got to meet. Seems they'd be the best of friends.

I agree, nottheradio, I was hoping to see soccer-mom Rousseau dropping off Alex in a minivan.

Jim: "I'm scared
Michael: "I'm scared too!"
Kevin: "I'm petrified"

Here's a thought: Jacob sends Hurley to the lighthouse, "Someone's coming to The Island; I need you to help him find it.", and it's crucial that Jack comes along. Jack is obviously profoundly affected by the lighthouse and Jacob is unconcerned that Hurley didn't follow through with his instructions andthat the mirror

Potentially minor point, but it was actually Christian who told Locke to turn the wheel, not Jacob. Jury's still out on who or what Christian is.

Jensen lost me a bit after "What Kate Does" when he mentioned how Claire showing up on the adoptive mother's doorstep reminded him of the film "Juno". He then went off on a wild tangent as to the mythological significance of the name Juno and how it relates to Claire, ignoring the fact that Claire's situation was

That's a valid point, but comparing how much time on-island these Others actually spent with their respective Losties, whatever force is causing these configurations seems to be rather conspicuously bringing Others and Losties together. Especially considering how much time the Losties spent with each other on island

You're right, they should devote the rest of the season to developing Jack and David's relationship. That's what I want to see.

If Jack and Juliet had a kid together, that will really piss off Sawyer.

COINCIDENCE?
In the alternaverse, since landing at LA X, Kate and Claire encountered Ethan, Locke encountered Ben, and now Jack encountered Dogen. Is this random? Are the alterna-Others still acting on orders and keeping tabs on the Losties? What memories do they retain? Will they team up, X-Men and Brotherhood of

I thought it was significant, when the lighthouse was pointed at his house, that Jack pointed out he hadn't lived there for years. Maybe Jacob was, in fact, watching Christian all along, and never Jack. Jack may be important, but he's not necassarily a candidate.

That first one taught me the wonderful phrase "…get all our shit in one sock."
