This is the first episode I've seen. Gotta admit, pretty funny. Laughed out loud a few times. Will have to check this show out in future. That Manny has some crazy comic timing for a little kid. Impressive!

Pretty much the same amount of shit-flinging.
I'm kind of okay with Locke being the saddest guy in history.
I'm not sure we know about Jack's neck , yet. That may still be to come.
Kenny Powers Brother, indeed!
Terry O'Quinn has said that he's having fun when his characters having fun. So, does this count? Cuz Not-Locke seems like he's having fun.
Any shitty CGI can be explained by… it's TV , man.
If they just gave him a piano and let him go for 90 minutes, this would be great. If they force him to appear in their "sketches" and interact with their "characters", well, not even Zach could make that work.
Yeah, he is getting no respect for that role. He lost the golden globe to RDJ for Sherlock Holmes. I thought Damon was amazing in The Informant!
I didn't realize this, either. Spike Lee has never even been nominated?
The Road is awesome but much too grim for the academy, they require more uplift. Perhaps if Viggo had reached "Dryland" in the end…
Big Fan is awesome but I would be SHOCKED if it was recognized by the academy.
@Elitist, agreed on the Zion battle, that's a pretty entertaining 45 minutes. The extensive Philosophy 101 conversations that make up the rest of the movie I could do without. The "scene selection" function on dvd's was practically invented for the Matrix movies.
I suspect the sound design on Transformers 2 was provided entirely by foley artists wailing on a car with a baseball bat.
IB is uneven as all get out, but I still enjoy every single scene. It's alternately mesmerizing, disturbing and hilarious. And Brad Pitt was a hoot. "We're gonna kill Nat-sees".
I'm tickled to see D9 on the list, a pleasant surprise. No chance of winning but, between the nomination and the box office, I think there's a good chance we'll see a sequel.
The Blind Side is really getting a lot of nominations for what looks like a Hallmark movie. Has anyone seen it? Is there actually any quality there? Could Mickey Rourke have been wrong?
Agreed, had to back up and watch that one again. I like when he put his hands on hips and shook his head in disgust. Well played, Nantz.
Ted has been a professor for half of one season.
I agree.
