Given the graphic way they described how she died I'm kind of glad it was an offscreen death.

I actually think season 4 was pretty solid considering Toby Whithouse lost pretty much his entire cast within a span of a year and had to reboot his entire series and he still managed to write a compelling 8 episodes (yes I know he didn't write all the episodes) and characters I was able to care about that weren't…
Yeah I don't really care if he "made strides". He raped someone. That's something I tend to not give people breaks about.
I don't know who that is.
Yeah I'm aware of the fact that criminal records don't deny people work in Hollywood. That doesn't mean I have to enjoy seeing people like Mike Tyson in my sitcoms.
I'd say you're overreacting but…Larry the Cable Guy? Really Margaret?
That's what I thought too. So does that mean Margaret has a terrible sense of humor?
Shoo!
They had…a convicted rapist…play a rape victim?
Yeah I hated the Mike Tyson cameo as well. It was worse than when Raising Hope decided to let Nancy Grace guest star. The guy's a convicted rapist who beat his wife and we're supposed to ignore that because he has a silly voice, face tattoo and he was in The Hangover? I feel like the same people who found this cameo…
It's destiny!
So I wonder if this cancellation has anything to do with the rumors that Toby Whithouse is being considered as a potential showrunner for Doctor Who once Moffat leaves? I think he was already ready to wrap up the show. This current season (which is fantastic so far) has a very last season feel to it.
I really do hope they try and handle this subject with the sensitivity it deserves….as much as a show like this can. I mean I know this is Shameless and I think at this point we all know what kind of show we signed on for. But they have to know that Molly Milkovich is a character that's never really been explored…
The day I finally watched Hard Candy I also rented Little Children. So I saw two movies featuring Patrick Wilson featuring castration in one day.
You say the monologue feels force and I agree that it did. But I think it was intentionally forced by Hannah. Things were going a little too well and she had to push things just a little too far. She can't seem to stop herself from self destructing moments. It reminded me of her break ups with both Adam and Sandy.
I don't think it's going to be a case of a boy being forcibly raised as a girl. You can't really force a kid to embrace a gender role they don't feel comfortable with/identify as without it having some serious consequences. Thinking back to that case of the botched circumcision that lead to a boy being rasied as a…
I find him handsome but I think he's one of those people who becomes more attractive the more you realize how talented he is and how great his movies are.
I've thought about this and I think if I chose to stick with Doctor Who despite what I consider to be a pretty major drop in quality when it comes to plot and writing in the last couple of seasons and despite some pretty major issues I have with Moffat as a showrunner/person then I'll probably end up sticking with…
That episode was pretty great. If only for forcing Sam to say, "I have genital herpes."
Spoiler! I guess!
