The 9th season was essentially a spinoff and it should have just been called that. If it had been Scrubs Med School season 1 instead of Scrubs season 9 I honestly think it would have had more of a chance. It really wasn't that bad.

I don't recall any particularly cruel jokes about fat women on this show but it is a sitcom so there probably have been some at some point.
