I don't think there's much to speculate on when it comes to Viktor and Isaac's relationship. Based on the way he caressed that photo and his desperation for vengeance I think it's pretty obvious they were lovers.  Also was I the only one who was like, "Hey David!" when we saw Dexter in that suit in Deb's dream.
