Hari Kondabolu articulates all the rage I felt about Apu SO well. I wish there was a way for me to go back in time and show this to all my white friends in high school who defended it is "good comedy"

It's pretty ironic considering that now he has a much higher profile than his brother (who hasn't really done much since his band broke up)

Didn't the show make a huge deal last season (or the one before I don't remember anymore) about Diane leaving the firm with all the minority partners and lawyers?

Maybe they are baby sitting Neal? (Who the Charmings bought along on this adventure because they are absolutely terrible parents)

Me too! Glad I am not the only one. Also, is Bonnie the new Rebecca of this season? A character that most of the audience is tired of and that the writers will be forced to get rid of because the character just adds dead weight to the story line?

Really bummed by Eve's departure, Famke Janssen had amazing chemistry with Davis and bought out a human, vulnerable side to Analise. Hopefully she comes back before the season ends.

And, the writers aren't dumb enough to axe Viola Davis right? Girl is the only reason most of season one worked.

All I want to know is: Do I need to watch any episodes of the original show to enjoy the reboot?

Great episode but the Lindsey/Edgar interactions make me wary. I desperately hop the show won't go to the 'nice guy wears female friend until she is randomly attracted to him despite spending multiple episodes stating she wasn't' route sitcoms seem to be so fond of.

The actress got a breast reduction (which really shouldn't be news but was pretty major news back in August) maybe that's it?
