I'm a terrible tv watcher- I'll start a show and slowly just not keep up with it. Go On I like when I catch it, but I since I don't watch it regularly, I don't comment here (although I read the reviews).

This is the coolest thing that I randomly stumbled upon. I agree with everyone's choices, but I think Dinklage should be the only OG cast carryover. He's humorous enough to pull it off.
Thus ended PIM's super late opinion.

I like how in our market, it's always the number one affiliate. Don't mess with Wheel and Jeopardy!
Yeah, I never even thought of that being the reason for the masks until he died, and one of his friends showed pics of the kids playing. That's incredibly sad, but by all accounts, Michael Jackson was weird, but a good dad. Kinda like my own, minus the masks.
I assumed she was dreaming about Disney's The Fox and the Hound and thought that she shouldn't let cartoon animals upset her so.
I'm totally hunting down Los Angeles Plays Itself. Thanks for the recommend! I totally never noticed that about a period piece- maybe because the only time I pay attention to fashign is when something comfortable comes into play (and I adopt it and hold on, way after it was ever cool)
Her nine-month old is an orphan. That is heartrending.
Sadly, I know of two separate incidents that aren't this one where women tried to commit suicide while pregnant. One got help almost immediately and gave birth to a little girl (both are fine) and the other one's in our news because she tried to get help, ended up ingesting rat poison and killing her newborn. It's…
I really liked Pepper Ann. It had a sensibility that 20something me got, that I wouldn't have gotten when I was in the target audience. Between that and the Weekenders, there were strong feminine portrayals out there then. I'd even count Recess because of Spinelli, secretly named Ashley, but never one of the lil' snob…
I too am proud of the fact that there's no kind of music I won't at least try to listen to. I have favorites and all, and a very high tolerance for shlock. Back in the day, I was a card-carrying adviser of our local, non Clear-Channel owned country station (our top-rated station, way to be Yankees, Indiana) so if you…
Certainly true. I'm old enough to have been alive for five of the original six (I was born three weeks after TMP premiered), but Generations was the first one that I vividly remember seeing in a theatre. It certainly was a joy of diminishing returns.
I don't know how to make pig iron!

I totally agree (oh, I'm agreeing with Rick Berman, oh god) that the TNG movies disappoint like a parent not getting that sweet bike you wanted. I almost felt betrayed at how bad Nemesis was, because these are the people I've loved since 19 fricking 87, and Data's doing what now and why god am I seeing Troi and Riker…
Although I disagree about which actual shows were worth watching, I do agree that Disney kept that train running. Also worth noting- when they rolled out the ABC One Saturday Morning block, and the success of that came a 5-day-a-week block called "One Too"- if that wasn't Disney Afternoon 00's style I don't know what…
Wow, chill, Grumpy Smurf!
My local school district had a weird thing where all of the grade school magnets got out at 3:55 (still the case). So either I did nothing in the summers but catch up, or there's lots of Disney Afternoon for me to discover…
*off to You Tube*
I wanted one of those! My sister and I had the Pound Furries, which were the cats, that we got from McDonald's back in the day, where a Happy Meal toy was something you kept and played with. Get off my lawn!
I'm in Indianapolis, so yeah. There's a neighborhood close enough to mine that I could walk there- and if it rains more than 2 days in a row, they'll all be on the news, sandbagging it, resigned to soggy houses. I don't understand why they stay, but they're odd anyway. Tornadoes are something that's always been a…
My job is why I comment at odd times- I work in a pharmacy, which is good, but for reasons (cheap company) we don't have Internet access, just Intranet with sites that are strictly work related. I could be on my phone, but I actually work while I'm at work and don't want to go down the slope of 'girl who's glued to…
