This brings back memories.

We are merely exchanging protein strings. If you can think of a simpler way, I'd like to hear it.

I'm not a regular viewer and haven't really given the show that much time. But damn, if this isn't a brilliantly observed, well-written article.

It makes you the very best kind of dweeb.

Not really since both these shows have been covered in previous Podmass articles several times.

Both The Flop House and We Hate Movies had incredible episodes this week. The Floppers revelled in what was possibly their perviest episode yet while also straight up eviscerating "The Purge".

It says a lot about me that of all the funny things on that episode, the one thing that made me lose my shit uncontrollably and in public, no less, was Scott saying, "Hey Shrek! Time to fuck!"

The fact that Michelle Trachtenberg speaks fluent Russian just made her even hotter.

To be fair, she was feeling a little under the weather at the time, so probably not the best time to watch the show. After about three eps she was getting into it, and we were all making jokes about how badly Hannibal wants Will Graham to be a murderer so they can be BFFs.

You are good friends.

I remember when they changed the title, i thought to myself, "For God's sake, who on earth would confuse those two movies?"

As was demonstrated that night, my mother doesn't really have the finger on the pulse of pop-culture.

Hi AV Club! Damn, some of you had some fantastic weekends… I might need to make up some total fabrications now.

Sorry to hear about your great-uncle.

Flowers for Algernon is a fantastic book. I honestly think that people who aren't moved by the story are probably robots. Robots who consume books like it's practically a bodily function. A Johnny Five, if you will.

Reminds me of when I went to see The Avengers with my parents. Right up until the moment Captain America turned up on screen my mother thought she was going to see Mrs Peel and Steed in action.

And i thought nobody was going to top staircar1's Prince story!

John Adams was a stellar miniseries. It also made me weep great heaving sobs in a similar fashion to Up. Enjoy!

Great article! You really made me want to continue to never have read this series!

Can I just say right now, anyone who applies the word "breedability" to human beings without a trace of irony is a fucking asshole.
