Which is a shame because Estranged is a fucking great song. Slash hits some great emotional notes on there.

The little ascending bit right before the solo and then the solo itself in "I Stay Away" is just pure musical bliss to me. Cantrell and Staley harmonizing is one of rock music's great joys. And yes, Alice in Chains is my favorite band.
I don't have a lot of familiarity with trains, but even if she didn't get hit by a train, couldn't she have been killed by the third rail? Electrified? Just by being pushed onto the track? The train hit was just a bonus, seems like.
"Dragon Attack". That is all.
I have those 2 albums. I didn't really like By The Way, though it was nice to see them try something a little different. The title track was awesome. Stadium Arcadium I liked a lot better (this came out 7 years ago?? WTF?!). I guess I could have phrased my last post a little better. I'm still a fan but not as much…
Especially Bush. Couldn't believe how often Gavin Stefani just repeats words in each song.
I liked Photograph. But Freshmen can go fuck itself.
Agree on the lyric thing…when it's good, I notice, when it's bad, I can usually just shut it out and enjoy the rest. Unless its Anthony Kiedis. I will never forgive him for that "ding deng dong dong ding deng dong dong deng deng" shit in Around The World. I cringe whenever I hear that. And I liked RHCP up until that…
The phrase is "mainstream" media, guys. We wouldn't want to seem partisan now, would we?
That's cool, I was just curious to know what parts of it specifically had improved for you. I had high hopes for it at the time that it would buck the shitty sequel trend and instead it became another victim of it. That being said, I wouldn't be opposed to a rewatch. Maybe I'll experience it differently too.
Honest question, how does Avengers make IM2 a better movie? I saw them both and I disliked IM2 enough to not really remember too much about it. Don't see how Avengers improves it.
A husband bulge? What if you're not married? My head hurts.
Wasn't James Franco attached to make Blood Meridian? I think we're in great hands here, folks. The scene in the jakes will dominate the running time and feature Franco on Franco violation/self-love. It will be hailed as the great American picture.
Yeah, like someone else mentioned, I wish he had played a different character. That guy had some serious charisma, it would have been nice to see him stick around a while longer.
Only someone who shares that pain could laugh as loudly as I just did during that comment.
This made me laugh, but I still like Sunset Grill. But yeah, this was funny.
Oh jeez, yeah. Like, Mars is farther than the Milky Way or something. It's like saying, "Syria, or even Maine!"
Ha! I love this…"My God, you're right! How are you not dead yet?"
Todd?
Does Pulp Fiction suffer from the fact that neither Jules or Vincent are shot in "The Bonnie Situation"? I don't think it's that big a deal. I mean, it's freaky but the shit happens. Besides, if the shootout ends with Hank and/or Gomez dead, what difference does it make?
