As one of maybe five Black kids in my highschool around the height of his popularity, I deeply appreciated Chapelle's moment of clarity. It still chokes me up a little bit thinking of some of the crap that people would say "…because I saw it on Chapelle!"

I'm imagining a bunch of grumbling, full-grown men in white suits and weird masks kicking the ground angrily and muttering about how 'f*&king Bob and his stupid artery always ruins the f*&^ing fun'.
It's making me giggle in a way that I'm not entirely comfortable with, given the subject matter.

I think you mean 'ladiez'.

It's *entirely* possible that that's the reason I also have a soft spot for Dan. Now I'm really worried about my moral compass…

I think that's a fair assessment (though I do recall previous reviews discussing how awful they all are). It's possible that I was only half-kidding about feeling guilty for rooting for them. I mean, if I actually have a soft spot for Dan, does that mean I'm as awful as he's described? I have to believe that there's

As much as I enjoy this review (and the ones previously), I'm always struck by how insistent the reviewer is that all the characters are vile, detestable, unforgivable, etc.
I never felt like the creators set out to make inherently unlikeable main characters (Jonah notwithstanding) - rather, they've created people

:( Blerg. Thanks.

"Jeremy magically being fluent in Spanish after calling it "Spaniards Harlem" all episode was just an egregious continuity error, and I don't know what to say about that."
EXACTLY.

Every now and then, you have a moment of clarity while doing something completely trivial. I did not realize how broken up I was about my most recent relationship disaster until Mindy and Danny broke up. The lump in my throat was way, way too big to be for a fictional couple. Sigh.
(Was that too heavy for an internet

Brian is *such* a tool.

It seems Stephen King gets around…

Wait, what? Quiznos went out of business? They never tell us anything in Canada :(

It wasn't a judgement of the new downvoting system, just an acknowledgement of the fact.

Natch!

Might be my favourite use of this in-house meme :) (though it's hard to choose just one!)

Since it is no longer possible to make one's downvotes seen publicly, I want you to know that I downvoted you, ETA notwithstanding.

I reject this with every fibre of my being.

For a Skee-Lo reference? Never apologize.

Hey, I'm a black person and I laughed!
I mean, it's kind of hard to make out between the sobs but it counts for something, I think!

Has his chin always been so…protracted?
