I'm actually worried Jackson will try to shoehorn Gollum into at least one of the two other movies somehow.  Maybe showing him venturing out of the Misty Mountains in his hunt for the ring in an epilogue to Part 3?

Yeah, I definitely noticed the blurriness and times early in the movie.  I don't know if it got better as the movie went on or if I just stopped noticing it.

I'm with you both about the Japandroids and the new xx album (which I think I liked even less than you).

As I mentioned elsewhere, I forgot about the new Crystal Castles album when I made this list, which would have fallen somewhere in the 20-25 range.

It's been such an overlooked album that I forgot it myself when I threw together my own top 25, which should have included it.

Thanks.  I also enjoyed Dirty Three's new album, though it didn't make my top 25.

Put me in the same camp as @avclub-6b8aa777ed70e7f15a45947a0f0c5986:disqus: I listened to it a few times,  it never grabbed me, and I didn't go back.  It wasn't bad, but it didn't make me care either.

Yeah I don't understand that one.  And honestly, for a 2 hour-long album, I find it incredibly easy to sit through, which is half the reason it's so amazing.  It's so enthralling that once you get sucked in, you're hooked for the duration.

I don't care what else you put on your list, you get an A for putting The Seer first.
