I love this show and I think it is very well written.  Julian Fellowes can't control if the actors want to leave and has no way of predicting that.  This is not a film….it's an ongoing story and I think he keeps it fresh and exciting…it's TV for God's sakes…it has to be "dramatic".  I think you should try writing your…
