Yeah, that annoys me too.  Not so much Pollan himself, who I think is brilliant, but the general culture that has sprung up around him and others.  They're just not in touch with the real world anymore.  Its really a upper-middle-class luxury to stick to a diet of super-expensive organic, free-range Whole Foods type

Yeah, I don't know what it is.  I can see all the PETA propaganda of animals being horribly slaughtered and, while I feel bad for the animals, it just makes no difference.  It doesn't hurt that the people who show you those pamphlets tend to be complete toolbags.

Clashing patterns in that photo. Not doing you any favors, dude.

The Pagemaster was my nickname at my old job. I worked at a bookstore. I know, hilarious!

@Arsenio: Ever have the Subway steak and cheese? Totally worse.

Yeah, he smoked up the British and they were just cool with whatever.

Feelin' Kinda Patton and W&L are neck and neck, with Feelin' just barely ahead. Weakness is Strong, sad to say, is a few notches below. I wanted to love it, I swear. But it's possible he's past his peak. Doesn't mean Weakness isn't light years ahead of 90% of all other comedy albums. He's coming out with a new
