The precise reason for infrequency is pretty crucial, too - some things can be fixed, some can't. I ended up staying with someone it turned out I plain wasn't sexually attracted to, and that was obviously never going to get better.

I still read my local Craigslist missed connections. They're hilarious, and occasionally I recognize people or missed connections I was present for.

I would certainly be suspicious if my partner had initially balked at getting tested. But if the initial conversation was more "yes, of course, I have an appointment on Tuesday" I would believe that they probably didn't know.

Do tell…

That's just regular H&M.

Worst date I've ever been on:

I mean, I can think of the obvious things - cars, bathrooms, outside if you don't live in my part of the country (it's about 5 degrees out right now)…

I look forward to a frenzied "pair the spares" episode if they're cancelled right away, and 9 years of wheel-spinning if, god forbid, they get picked up.

Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.

This is true, but that's fairly rare compared to the failure rate for the birth control pill. Scary as hell, though, I'm sure.

For that matter, don't stay in the relationship even if you don't get married.

Yeah, doctor fail on both bedside manner and actual medical knowledge.

I had a really similar experience with the pill. Public service announcement for anyone is looking for good birth control but didn't like the pill - both the ring and the patch involve significantly smaller levels of hormones. BC pills are basically a sledgehammer where one of those tiny hammers will do. And the
