Rewatching the series, the scene at the end of Billy is heartbreaking. It's the moment when Wesley breaks, and he never puts himself back together.

Last episode, Bryan Cranston said that there was more fuel on the station. This episode, Trish said that the station was self sustaining. If I had to nitpick, I would guess the station manufactures fuel.
1) I don't know what the screenwriters or tvtropes term for this is, but a bunch of episodes this season haven't really had an "A plot/B plot" structure, and this is one of them. There are a bunch of plot elements (election in Harlan/Raylan tries to keep Dickie in jail/Quarles breaks down), but there isn't a single…
I thought this was the best episode in a while, a solid B.
- The episode had a plot, complete with crisis (Sally's locked in her mind, the boys are locked in a house with Zoe) and resolution. That kept things moving.
- I thought the creepy elements were well done. Special mention to Sally being haunted by Aidan in…
Whoops! I meant Darryl.
A couple observations:
I would like to take this moment to say that Dark City is one of my favorite movies of all time, mostly for the final shot.
Ha ha! We wrote a crappy movie, and you paid us $10 to see it! We know it's crappy and we don't care! Fuck you, audience! Ha ha!
Actually, when I put it that way, it *is* kind of funny.
1) Henry is very boring, and any plotline involving Henry is boring. I don't know why the writers can't see this.
2) On the other hand, I'm sorry that they wiped out all the ghost characters. Stevie was a good character, and Nick was ok.
Olyphant put on his mad face twice — once when Tanner's mom called Raylan on his BS, and once when Limehouse mentioned Raylan's mother. Man, that's a scary face.
One thing I loved about the books is that they don't explain a lot about John Carter's backstory. He reveals in the page or two of opening exposition that he's a centuries old UNAGING WARRIOR (like Highlander, but first) - why? He doesn't know. Then he falls asleep and teleports to Mars. Again, why? He doesn't…
Doesn't George say something like Kramer "falls ass-backward into money?"
I assumed that he eeked out a living from crazy get rich schemes that couldn't possibly work, but then sort of did, until he messed them up.
"Bad naked" gave us Jerry's line about the fat man being hit with the cannonball and:
I don't think they're playing Oxy any different from weed or coke — it's a source of money for the criminals, and a lot of the people who abuse it are losers, but there's no serious argument that any of the oxy abusers would be upstanding citizens if they stopped using oxy and started drinking.
Quarles taking oxy is…
1) No, Detroit Boss's son set up the FBI by feeding false info to a line he knew was bugged. On the other hand, Art has suggested there might be something going on, so it's possible the son is also an FBI informant. On the other, other hand, Detroit boss has someone inside the FBI, so it could be the agent.
2) …
1) I think I'm totally gay for AUSA Vasquez. I love that he treats Raylan the way that Raylan treats lowlifes. Vasquez gets Raylan, he even kind of likes him, but he wants to take him down. Also, the best line of the episode was "You want to know what's in your file? Just get out a pen and paper, and write down…
I seriously think MORE characters in shows should notice how awesome stuff is. During one of Jet Li's US movies, I was just begging for the villain to say, just once, to Li: "Wow! That was so awesome!!"
The detective kind of answered the "how is Raylan still working" question — people in law enforcement just think…
1) Boy, Henry sure got over being betrayed pretty quickly. I assume he's up to no good, because if he actually gave a !&$* about those orphans, his actor needs some work.
2) I liked the Josh/Julia plotline. For a minute, I thought she was going to reveal she was some kind of monster herself, but I guess Aidan…
I am but a blunt man who loves his friend,
But were I Dale and Dale T-Dog,
There would be a T-Dog who would move the very cow flops of this pasture
To rise and mutiny!
I was hoping for a zombie cow too. If Dale had gotten bitten by a zombie cow, I would give this whole season an A.
