I'm with Marc. Unless Franco invented a machine that generates apes (and several apes per second at that), I'm not too concerned at the idea of an ape takeover.

Rudolph does something for me — I can't say whether it's jolie laid or the illusion of attainability.

Dr. Who?
I rewound the bit with the Doctor getting off the bus twice looking for a joke, but couldn't find it. He just runs into a TARDIS?

What was the joke?
I read through all your so-called "reasonable discussions" but can't find it.

Season Two Comments
I loved this season. I've been working back and forth trying to figure out where Mags went wrong. She was so close to getting out, the whole season is almost Carlito's way.

Boyd followed her rules — when he went back to crime, he left her house. (Giving it a day or two of slack). At the end of the day, Boyd's the best thing in Harlan, and he treated her respectfully, so Ava took her chance.

Raylan's basically respectful to Mags, but he's usually a massive unrepentant d*ck to Boyd, Ava, and Arlo. (He goes back and forth with Doyle). I think Boyd was basically coming out and saying that he and Ava were people that Raylan needed to treat with respect.

I completely bought the hookup. Ava set the rules for Boyd and Boyd treated her respectfully and honorably. (The rules were "stay away from criminal activity or get out of my house" and once he went over, he put his cards on the table and got out). He's the best man in Harlan County, and that was the moment

I thought Snape's memories worked. The single best moment in DH2 was:

The Bennetts are buying a ring of properties around the mountain, so I'm guessing particle accelerator.

1) I didn't buy the Molly-Bellatrix confrontation, but it was mostly because the battle was so compressed. She said some lame action movie line, they waved their wands around, Bellatrix died.

Great Book Scenes that Failed in the Movies

A+
I thought this was the best episode of the season, and was surprised to see how many people hated it.

"I really thought Coover would be wearing the watch when he was in the store and she was holding down the fort (thank goodness, no, they did not take this easy bait)."

I liked the Crowder cousin who owned the bar, even though I can't remember his name.

Boyd's smart, but he's anchorless. Family, the Bible, literature — he's clutching for something to give him roots.

Sam gets more slack on his accent too, since he traveled all over the place after 16.

Now that I think about it, who ever is advising the v-loggers is probably reasonably smart.

"Yes! Yes it can!" is indeed the best line of a bunch of great Sokka lines.
