Tara has good reason to believe that if she kills Pam, Eric will come for her.

The best part of the episode
. . . was the opening sequence. I was convinced that they were going to freeze Fry and have him wake up in the year 4000. When that didn't happen, everything else was a let down.

It goes out the other side of terrible and arrives at awesome.

Movies in the future
Presumably, in the future, we'll all be able to enjoy the "oooooh shiiiiiit" moment interactively with the other people who watched that moment, if we want to.

Word - Sting's insistence on rhyming every couplet makes even his best songs kind of embarrassing.

Worst rhymes
Adele's "but you played it to the beat" is the worst thing on her whole album. It bugs me every time I hear it.

Best rhymes
I know, it's the opposite:

Aquaman: best DiMaggio role ever
It's OUTRAGEOUS!

My gripe
I hate his intros, both the tiresome "What's up, whathefuckinskis" fucked out thing and the "deep thoughts from Marc Maron." After I started skipping to the 4 minute mark, I started enjoying WTF a lot more.

Dave Foley and Andy Dick

Well, the character exposition is ok because (1) the kids are on a break, one of the only ones they ever got, and (2) they're trying to one-up one another with their revelations. So they go all Breakfast Club on each other, because it's the only chance they can get, and after some initial resistance, none of them

The Beach is an awesome episode. It is funny, it develops the characters in ways that will play out over the course of the show, and everyone looks great in swimwear. I didn't find anything about the episode any more implausible in universe than say, everything King Bumi does. It's somewhat convenient to have

Adele vs Gaga
I don't have anything against Gaga, but if you compare 21 to Born This Way, one thing that really stands out is the production.

I think when the reviewer wrote "Timberlake's pride in boldly exploring the world of ethnic cuisine by going to an Ethiopian restaurant", he or she (too lazy to look up byline) meant that it's not something bold or prideworthy, not that it's not ethnic.

Non-union Mexican equivalent
Is there a Cars 2 knockoff being co-released, and is it worse?

inb4 some lame-o tries to be funny by referring to the double post.

I don't blame Conan for wanting to host the Tonight Show, I just blame him and his fans for acting like a tv scheduling decision is some kind of crime.

I assumed this was a (brilliant) joke until I checked the source of all wisdom, TVTropes, which confirmed wolfmansRazor in true TVTropes style:

Gael
Was there some kind of joke about how much sex Gael had on her honeymoon or did I dream that?

Rowan, I haven't read the book, so I'm not defending Mamet, but to your point: there is very little overlap between classical liberalism and modern liberalism. I don't see any contradiction in supporting one but not the other.
