I mean, Ichabod Crane wakes up in a cave and it's suddenly the year 2013, and he has information about the marauding, axe-wielding headless horseman riding around town. I think the police have every reason to be skeptical. That's not the sort of story where you just go, "Okay, we believe you, let's get down to

The Sloane/Don relationship was the only one that felt like it existed enough over the course of the season to deserve some closure tonight.

Both Gravity Falls and Korra made my personal Top 10 shows of 2012, no modifiers needed.

Let me just take a moment to stump for the Gravity Falls fans as having (arguably) the best kids' show on tv. Because I love Korra, but Gravity Falls' first season was better than Korra's first season. Probably helps that they had twice as many episodes, but still!

Korra! Korra! Korra! Korra!
Mako!

If you were composing the music to a film called "horse ROCK AND ROLL" your story would be even better.

A popular restaurant here in Houston made headlines last month when they started banning children after 7:00pm.

It's all been downhill for Sheryl Crow since "Leaving Las Vegas." At least from a musical quality standpoint.

You are the angriest They Might Be Giants fan I've met online since that dude who used to post on alt.music.tmbg who hated every second of everything they made post-Lincoln.

Classical music fans can do the same thing with John Williams' movie scores.

Speaking of the Detroit episode, I was once at a Moe. concert at the Majestic Theater in Detroit and blew a hippie's mind when I told him that this was the place where Harry Houdini had been killed. It's still a working venue.

We said this in the season finale review, but Jen Kirkman's sadness about Mary Dyer as compared to Jim Morrison was the funniest bit of the season for me.

Blacha's take on the story was so, so good.

There have been major problems on the film and music side of things, particularly with the official reviews. But the articles are still generally solid, and the tv side and newswires are as strong as ever.

Oh, there's plenty of possibility that Neko is being too judgemental on the song. Isolated, without context, it's a pretty awful thing to say to your small child. Even with context "Get the fuck away from me! Why don't you ever shut up?" is something you should not be saying.

Some of her more hooky tracks include:
"People Got a Lotta Nerve"
"The Needle Has Landed"
"Man"
"City Swans"
"Hold On Hold On"
"This Tornado Loves You"

I didn't see the movie, but I'd be overjoyed if Mike Patton somehow got a nomination for the score. That'd be crazier than Trent Reznor winning.

I've decided I'm getting just enough out of Strong and James and the Detroit scenery (such as it is) to keep watching the show. I thought this episode was a definite step up over the last couple.

Somewhere, Leonard Pierce is working on fanfiction about this.

But it happened
