Oh, and Carmela's dismay at Hunter's success is delicious.  Carm SO wanted to hear that Hunter was a failure.  She looked so hopeful and then so crushed.  What a downright nasty piece of work ol' square-ass-mom—jeans was.  As bad in her own way as Tony.

Hi Orangutank, I did a whole analysis of the last names on the show here months ago.  Don't remember which particular ep it was at this point.  I associated "La Cerva" (in Italian, "hind," ) with female reproductive organs…a reference to a Adrianna not being able to have kids?

Lincoln Log sandwiches actually are a Thing.  I found a recipe online and made 'em just for the hell of it.  Not great, not awful.  Just kinda "meh."  I assumed Carm would have used some nice Hebrew Nationals and not some cheapo Pigsnout Specials, so I went with the HNs.
