Anyone else reading this? It's the best monthly getting put out right now. It manages to take a different look at the whole 'post-modern superhero' thing, really worthwhile. Plus, a dude's spine gets ripped out!
AV Club Style Guide Question
Leonard, a lot of the other writers on the site forgo character name and just write the name of the actor playing the role. Any reason you're doing different? Obviously not a big complaint, just curious.

That's the first time I've ever heard Kobe described as too emotional. Kobe barely flinches after he hits a game winner. Yeah, he's got an ego, but name a great player who doesn't- MJ? LeBron? Shaq?
Also, about Kobe. I guess the real hatred comes from the rape trial, which I understand- I think he's innocent, but if you think he's guilty I can see why that'd lead to instant hatred.
