Finished Words of Radiance, the second book in The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. Enjoyable, had pretty much everything one could possibly want from a fantasy book. Looking forward to book 3 in the autumn and hope that there's a lot more Lift. What a great character.

The Long Way… was such a beautifully crafted and enjoyable book. Loved just hanging out with the crew. It sounds like she's taken a slightly unexpected direction here and I look forward to reading it soon.
She's nailed the title again too.

The Likeness - Tana French. Beautiful prose, vivid characters, incredible (in the literal sense) premise. Loved it.
The Fireman - Joe Hill. Gave up after 25% might go back to it because some of it was interesting.
The Poet - Michael Connelly. The usual quality stuff. Would've been happier with a different ending but

There's a really good band called Fuck. Worst name; great band.

The White Spider by Heinrich Harrer in preparation for a trip to Switzerland. Adventure non-fic about some successful and some not-so successful attempts to climb the north face of The Eiger from the 30s to the late 60s. Harrowing and enthralling in equal measure.
