im talking solely of Brenden here. The heart of the
case against him is his confessions.

P.S i really want to be proved wrong on this, the thought of Brenden being pushed into doing it is too heartbreaking to bare.
And my readings were far from thorough - his childlike naivety was too damn upsetting after a while.
AND his experience of the legal system was still beyond unfair.

I completely agreed with you, until i read some of the transcripts of Brendan's first interview.
After being asked once about telephone calls he says "yeah, Jodi rang twice. Steven was telling her he loved her" or words to that effect.
After being asked once about injuries he mentioned Steven having a cut on his finger

In the UK it is "You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court."

Who told you this was previously unreleased? It came out last year on the deluxe third album boxset.
