Gob as Batman….my brain doesn't quite know how to process this.

I think I've run out of nieces, nephews and cousins to take to Pixar movies. Guess it's back to picking kids up off the street for me.

Jaxson has officially been added to my 'what the fuck were you thinking?' name list.

I was surprised by how much I liked the book and, as terrible as this 'adaptation' (and I use that in the loosest of terms) seems I will probably still watch it. On a night when I've had too much wine and have nothing else to do.

This is possibly the only thing in which Franco is bearable

I call dibs on Franco

I also read one story, which was published in a magazine, and gave up halfway through because I found it too painful.

I'm a bit on the fence about Brand in general but the attitude of these interviews (not American so excuse my ignorance) made me physically uncomfortable. I'm not sure I could have lasted quite so long being referred to in the third person

I was so confused by that when watching that I had to Google Brandt just to check he had in fact died and hadn't returned as a reanimated corpse to keep Merkel company.

There is more, though. If you follow Linehan on Twitter you'll see they're making a final episode.

No Vinne Van Lowe, no dice.

"I'm Disabled"

Would have been more surprising if he'd loved Season 4, right?

I like to think so!

I've always preferred Gaiman's short stories to his novels

Or maybe that it's I relate too much to Jaye as a once-promising non-achiever that sent me scurrying for the Ben & Jerry's as I was watching…

I recently rewatched the whole series and maybe it was the darkness without whimsy but something about this episode didn't quite click with me although there were plenty of great moments throughout.
