It's so nice to see the tables turned on the guy for once. He can dish it out, but he clearly can't take it.

That bass solo still melts my face after all these years. The whole album's amazing.

I'm another person who grew up listening to Nirvana, which I got into via Weird Al, funnily enough.  This was all like 5 years too late, so I never got to see them live.  That absence made my Cobain worship at the time especially fanatical and hilarious.  For a few years, it was nothing but flannel, torn jeans, and

Not so fast, Hammock.  Khan Noonien Singh is merely biding his time in space at the moment like some sort of space seed.

That's because Dante is basically Kevin Smith out of high school.  Provided you don't dislike the man or at least have a tolerance for his particular kind of humor, there's are a few episodes of Smith's podcast dedicated to ragging on a recording of 20 year old him hilariously philosophizing to himself.  He sounds

Well, yeah.  Most celebrities seem to vote Democrat, anyway.  Since this is Kid Rock we're talking about, though, I've wasted several seconds of my tinier, even more insignificant life that I shall never get back.

Exactly!  And they have two of the best irreverent musical numbers related to religion.  I still quote from both with surprising regularity.  "Auto da fe, what's an auto da fe?"

'History of the World' has been a sentimental favorite of mine ever since I was a kid.  My folks later bought a VHS boxset of his other films and I learned to love his classics as well as lesser films like 'High Anxiety'.  The man's truly a treasure,
