I said this last week, but I wholeheartedly agree, Bill Reed. "Reprise" is absolutely amazing—a brilliant gut-punch of an episode. Episode 15 of s5 of AtS is pretty amazing as well, though so is (for entirely different reasons) Ep 14.
Despite my comment above, I kind of agree with Bill Reed. It'd be way up there on my list of best TV episodes ever (as I mentioned above, uh, twice), but I don't know if it'd be on my top 10 favorite Buffy eps. It'd be pretty hard to keep it off a top 20 favorite, though. But I think that just speaks to the age old…
No error. Fry and his girlfriend end up in Los Angeles, Bender and Beck end up in San Francisco. They're 350 miles apart. And just because L.A. is post-apocalyptic like doesn't mean the rest of California is.
I wrote this above, but obviously it was in the wrong place, so:

Yeah, I had this whole thing last week about how well Angel season 2 builds on Angel's obsession and isolation, slowly building towards a breaking point, but I forgot about how crappy "The Thin Dead Line" was. It's a shame they had to misfire so badly in the middle of (in my mind) such a great arc. Oh well, it's one…
SPOILERS THROUGHOUT
There's a theater on (IIRC) 105th and Broadway that I think is still a twin as well.
Not to just parrot the review, but I like the episode almost entirely for "Prognosis: Negative" and "Ponce de Leon." I this case the masses are definitely right: Seinfeld fake movie names are hilarious.
I work on a TV show (I won't say which one) and have worked on other TV shows and films in the past. In my experience, the number of actors and actresses that are douchey is about equal in ratio to normal people: some are douchey, some aren't. For the most part struggling actors, or character actors, are probably…
Why don't you dance with me? I'm not no limburger!
I've always felt it was a shame that the B-52s will be primarily remembered as a one hit wonder band (not a failed stealth firstie attempt, by the way. Just the unfortunate truth). They put out some great music.
It'll be pretty hard for you to come back when Giles does, as you'll literally be in the middle of the big multi-episode plotline that ends the season (and the ones containing him are some of the worst episodes of the season). But in reality I do agree with Sophist—there are (sort of) good episodes left.
About that "I wish I had a million dollars" joke: That's also one of the oldest joke formulations in the book, done over and over and over again, but it usually manages to be funny nonetheless.
I buy it: It's not so much that it's hard to believe Angel doesn't recognize Anne as it is that Anne doesn't recognize Angel. I could even buy that Angel DOES recognize Anne, but is so obsessed at this point that he doesn't care who she is or if he met her before. She's a tool to take down Wolfram and Hart, and that's…
Rowan: It doesn't.
Yeah, I think the move to Angel helped her be able to continue playing that character. Once the rest of the cast was an older group of actors, they could sort of ignore how old her character actually was supposed to be. Occasional appearances and/or phone calls with Buffy and Willow don't get too much in the way of…
