I got a raise (paltry, but still) that was supposed to kick in two pay periods ago, but my boss' boss keeps forgetting. The first time, I was willing to be okay with it. The second time? Not so much.

I can't get enough of Elle King. I continue to be shocked that she's so talented and gorgeous despite having half of Rob Schneider's DNA.

I did my first non-work related, creative writing for the first time in….god, maybe four years? It's just a short sketch, but it felt good to have that creative urge back.

I guess it's not that weird, but teeth. My ex had gorgeous teeth, and subsequently a fantastic smile, but I tried to keep the, "My god, I really like your teeth," to a minimum.

Spent the weekend at an improv fest, which was a combined 18 hours of groups performing. That left no time for any other pop culture consumption.
