Has anyone brought up the possibility that Jesse turns on the car he's in and runs over the Nazis, either killing them or making it impossible for them to finish off Hank (and Gomie, but who gives a shit about him)? It's only the only way I can see Hank getting out of this alive, and I just can't imagine Hank dying…

No one's perfect and everyone has a weakness, as we've seen proven on this show (Gus being the best example). I think it's clear now that Walt's big weakness was believing in Jesse and that he was truly helping Jesse every step of the way, and that therefore Jesse would never rat him or Walt out.

What are New Mexico's laws on recording phone calls? Does only one side have to agree with it?

Neo nazis may be neo nazis, but they aren't idiots. They had to know something was up when Walt makes that crazy about face on the phone, so of course they're going to check it out. When they drive over and see Walt in cuffs, they realize what's going on and proceed to do what it takes to get him out.

Eh I think most people should see it coming, I don't think they were hiding that twist. I mean, does anyone really expect Walt to actually be taken to custody and go to trial? No, something's going to happen and unless Walt pulled something really far out of his ass it had to come from the neo-nazis.

I'll have to rewatch the moment when Walt first see the cars, interesting if we can make out if it was relief or panic. Wouldn't be surprised if it was relief for a split-second.

Why? It makes sense from Walt's perspective that Jesse wouldn't want him to hang up so he knows Walt doesn't try anything as he's driving. Also reasonable that Walt didn't see through this plan because he just couldn't conceive of Jesse ratting him out. Played out perfectly reasonably if you ask me.

Alright we all love the show blah blah blah, but for people who actually know their gun shit is it even remotely realistic that that shootout could go down the way it was going down, with that many misses?
