They don't come in anything less than a hoard.

Oooh, they did not like that one!

He didn't need to apologize.  Pretty much all the people who were upset don't even listen to Harmontown, so who gives a f*ck what they think?  I went and listened to that episode today, and I think his comments read much worse than they sound.  He got huge laughs from the audience over those jokes.

Oh, Dan, you're so self-destructive.  But I still love ya.  I do think people are taking his comments way too seriously and way too personally here though.  And some people are getting a little judgy.  Let's just accept season four was bad.  It was really bad.  Dan was just calling it the way he saw it.

"…as tragicomic as it is, it serves Tobias in a way the original series never could."

Get what?

I'm not into reality TV, so I've never even heard of that Push Girls show, but the clip they showed at the Critics Choice Awards made it look horrifyingly exploitative, like, hey, let's all stare and point at the hot girls in wheelchairs…who all looked like deep down they were just regular hot girls that were willing

Yeah, bitch!  Science!

Hopefully this isn't really a spoiler, but Michael does pop up more throughout the season, particularly in George Michael's episodes.  It almost feels like he and George Michael share the final episode.

Same…

It's funny you mention it was insane he took Talisa to the wedding, because a friend of mine who reads the books told me he was shocked by Talisa's death, as Robb actually doesn't take her to the wedding in the book.  I just found it interesting.

I have to agree that dialogue is the most important part of comedy writing.  If people are going to bring up examples like Mr. Bean and Buster Keaton as being great comedy, then that's cool, but I don't believe those kinds of comedies are funny and great based on their comedy writing.  They are funny and great because

I want to give you a card that says "Let's bee friends" and it will have a picture of a bee on it.  Get it?  It makes me mad how many people I talk to that still think Downton Abbey is entertaining and don't recognize that it's bad soap opera bullshit.  Julian Fellowes needs to be bitch slapped for what he let that

Oh wow, I totally forgot Michael Douglas was married to Catherine Zeta-Jones.    So did he just announce to the world that Catherine has HPV?

I know it doesn't make any difference in my life, and who really gives a crap what the WGA thinks, but it's very painful seeing Justified and Louie so low on the list and a complete absence of Community.  Also, Deadwood is only no. 32?  David Milch, the world's greatest wordsmith, deserves better than that.  Who else

Well-played, Sony.  I tip my hat to you.  I wasn't going to buy season 4, no way in hell, but this might make me do it.

I'm starting to think I might be the only person alive who actually liked the Michael episodes.  "I was mistakenly voted out of a four-person housing situation."  That's comic gold!  C'mon!  But yeah, the second episode..there is no excuse for what happened there.  Both of George Sr.'s episodes were a huge

That's where I've seen it before!  I couldn't place it at first.  Dammit, now I feel all used subconsciously and crap.

It could just be all about Abe and his stabbing.  If it really is foreshadowing though, I'm gonna go with a misdirect and Sally is the one we're going to see murdered here.  Dark thought, right?  But wouldn't that just totally devastate the Drapers and the audience, thus actually making it an interesting storyline?

Just a few comments on the reviews, nothing earth-shattering to say here.  These are great reviews, btw.  I agree Kristen Wiig is aces as young Lucille.  Her impersonation is spot-on.  But I really hated Seth Rogen as young George, because I've always pictured young George as being more Don Draper-ish, less
