I, too, was very happy to see Cillian Murphy again. I wish they'd given him a little more to do, though. 
I loved Bane as well, especially his meticulously made-up bacne. That must have really started to sting when his anaesthetic mask got busted. And I loved his little moment of weakness during Talia's speech as well.

There was that shot of Bruce's fingers tracing over the scar on Talia's back when they were in bed together… I thought that was some fairly subtle foreshadowing.
