Yes! What happened to the Hound and why is Sansa still around?! Totally cut from the episode because of a lack of time? Or is he still going to get her outta there later?

I'm even more confused about why Bran, Rickon and co had to escape to the north. Did Theon not just say they were surrounded by Robb Stark? I was extremely confused by that.

Can we hope there will be a nice, neat series finale that we can at least enjoy? I want an explanation for Detective Britten's double worlds!

+1. I like to imagine it wrapped up with some of its dignity still intact, even if sucked by the end of the first season.

How did the walker rip out Dale's heart like that so easily? Are they supposed to be super strong? Small quibble, but I didn't get how it killed him so easily.

Was wondering this too. I don't wanna just not watch the second season - I am begging everyone else to stop.

I like the audacity. I think The Killing writers are trying to top each other for sheer absurdity. Hospital scene is definitely in the running for most ridiculous scene of the series, which is kinda impressive.

Enjoyable episode, superb season
I thought it was a great episode, but certainly it wasn't the best episode of the season. Definitely the best new show of the year, and I'm quite excited for season two. I love the fact that the whole series has been written out before hand, and we're not just going from episode to

I kinda saw it as a defensive thing. Nobody is suspicious of a nearly senile old man. Thought it seemed pretty clever, especially since the council members seem to serve pretty precariously on the whims of whichever king happens to sit on the throne.

Totally agree with previous comments on Linden. She sucks, I almost hate her as much as I hate that kid Joffrey from Game of Thrones.

Her getting picked almost discredits this whole thing. Horrible choice. Unless this is based just on episode one. Same goes for The Killing get a nomination. Seems to be entirely based on the first episode.

To i and 1: Belko has a key to the house, remember? Clearly, the Larsons are okay with him coming in when he wants. And he sleeps in the garage sometimes, as we were informed. I'm not buying it. Also, Belko is supposed to be obsessed with Rosie, with all those pictures on his ceiling. He was a very plausible reason

Some questions about this episode:
Yes this show still sucks (although this was probably the best episode since episode 6, although that really doesn't mean much). Okay, on to the questions about the most perplexing moments:

However, if you had a shot every time Mitch Larsen had a furrowed brow or looked into the distance, you would need to call an ambulance.

There's no way I'm investing in a second season. I'll finish out this season out of morbid curiosity, and I suspect this may help inflate the ratings higher than the show really deserves. And shows that go this badly off the rails rarely make it back - I'd be stunned if the series comes up with any more quality

A few more I wanted to add: why did Bennet need to hide his heroic deed from his wife? He could have saved us about 4 episodes right there. Why wouldn't he tell Stan the first time he was abducted?! NOW he tells Stan and Belko? What was he waiting for? Oh right, for the show to reveal it to us. Why was the millionaire

Total agreement
I've been waiting for your review to go live, because I needed a place to vent my frustration. This show is awful. The plot holes are piling up every week. How is this show on AMC? I can barely remember that excellent and creepy pilot episode. Someone please explain how the show changed so drastically

I kinda expected Catelyn to come through and realize she was wrong the whole time, then try to free Tyrion and settle the matter, but I guess that's because I'm used to lesser shows. Maybe the nod to give him the gold meant she's finally seen the light? Also did not get why she never gave him a chance to explain
