Least favourite character
I'm going to have say that Prince Joffrey is WAY more annoying than Viserys ever was. I thought Viserys had a kind of pathetic pitiful quality to him, the pretend king in the distant village, so I didn't mind him too much. Meanwhile, Joffrey seems to be a miserable shit, although that little

I totally hear your question Fuzzy, I was wondering the same. I figured it either as a very preemptive attack, assuming this kid eventually takes over (although don't the Dothraki pick their king according to the greatest warrior? Doesn't seem hereditary), or perhaps having a child very strongly unites the Dothraki

I kinda liked him, in a "he's fun to hate" way. I mean it was entertaining seeing him whine about being king while he lived in a village without much to show. Showing up in the tent with the sword seemed awfully dumb though.

Thirded. I actually kind of hate the show because of what it could have been. Also because I was hoping for a faster-paced Rubicon. And yet I'll keep watching because I want to find out who the killer is, and that should be cleared up by the season's end, which thankfully isn't too many episodes away.

Ned Stark
Great analysis. Totally agree that it feels like Ned Stark's nobility can be seen as a negative here, which seems to go against TV convention.

A million thanks for this. Great idea. Already had a few small spoilers, so I appreciate this a lot.

We must do an autopsy on The Event
What made it suck so much? I must know!

The differences between Rubicon and The Killing are astonishing. Completely agree with previous posters that Rubicon was a great show. It was slow, barely moved, but it was deeply intelligent and had great characters. Meanwhile, The Killing is rapidly becoming one of the dumbest shows on TV. Better comparison - Gossip
