Thank you. May do so. Love Savage Love.

I've been a long time lurker (10 years or more, I think) in this community, and reading all y'alls takes on current events and the pop culture we obsess over has been a *daily* good in my life.

A thousand times yes. And thank you. This is a wonderful piece. It made my day.

I have and still enjoy every track on here except the Gin Blossoms and the Quad City DJs. On CD… I don't feel bad about it at all. You couldn't avoid the mono-culture in the 90s the way you can today. And if it was a banger that allowed me to loose myself on the dance floor for four minutes & not pay attention to all

I thought the storyline in the first episode was that she was being loyal to Will because at some MUCH (year or two) earlier time he "promoted" her to PA and didn't correct his mistake because he found her to be truly capable at her new job.

In my experience, as a person who was born in a major metropolis, and a fanatic NYer, meals times are, at best, randomly placed around whatever one has planned. This is one of the eternal truths I always assume is implied by "the city that never sleeps", but always have to explain to those (tourists, suburbanites;

For what it's worth, I really, really love this movie and soundtrack. It's not perfect, and steals liberally from other movies (its flashback structure is basically Citizen Kane), but it's charming and has a few touches that are truly transcendent and/or unique.

Having just gulped down two seasons of GoT in as many weeks, I really like Jon Snow, and have no knowledge of the books. So, that's one who's keen on him.

Both of these types of outfits are daring, different, and exciting. Pastel colored jeans are long overdue: our culture has such a ridiculous lack of color. Plus v-neck t usually means one doesn't have some graphic, witticism, or (worst thing ever) ad blazoned across the chest.

The song at the party was Scissor Sisters' "Take Your Mama." Which is a good joke concerning the ex-boyfriend.

Boys Entering Anarchic States Toward Internal Excellence.
I don't know what to say… He seemed a guiding light, achieving that excellence. Even beyond the music: album cover art, music videos, public persona, politics, in NY, on the world stage, as an advocate. That's what I wanted to say: He was an Artist and Human of

"I’ve found one lonely like-minded soul so far."
I also found this to be cathartic and felt my test tighten as it does just before weeping, then the twist is revealed, and I was overjoyed. Loved the film.
But I also bawl at the end of Dead Poets Society, no matter how crappy my adult brain thinks the movie is.

The Baxter IS delightful, and it makes a perfect capstone to the two movies it is directly referencing: The Philadelphia Story and High Society. I highly recommend seeing all three in quick succession. Baxter is the name of the poor fellow left odd man out in these movies. Both K. Hepburn and Grace Kelly say the name
