I put a lot of time into Privateer even though I couldn't get it to fucking work.
No matter what I did I always blew that first mission to the smuggler's base. Apparently I was a "bad pony." 
Had to be something wrong with the install, right?

True, but it'd be a little less dramatic if the big moment of the movie was the main character making a brilliant head-fake followed by a pass upfield that almost creates a shot on goal.
It would be more accurate though. That's why I don't watch soccer.
