There is a tall part of a doorway arch that i was able to climb onto and then glide over to the tower above the Ganon Goo. It took me a long time to find.

I was up on a hill so a Stal Moblin couldn't reach me and it picked up a bokoblin and threw it at me.

And you get to live in one of them if you want!

The Akkala tower took me a solid hour to figure out, and I got a blood moon right in the middle of it so all of the ice arrow-wielding bokoblins came back.
