I have a completely different opinion of Dial H. It's so dramatically different from everything else DC is putting out, and after reading this week's #0 issue, Dial H really cemented itself as one of DC's best books. I guess what I view as quickly paced comes across as rushed to others, but I'm loving the nonstop rush

It's a bit like diving into the deep end, but I'd say give the first trade a try and see how it reads. Remender makes sure readers know the essentials for each character, and even if the story ends up too daunting, you'll still get some of the best superhero artwork produced in the last five years or so.
