Scarlett DID protest that he couldn't/shouldn't walk back from there. And we don't know if he actually walked, or if he just stewed for a while and then got a ride.

I agree. Juliette is definitely unhinged enough to shoplift compulsively. And many many people w/ compulsions like that are, in fact, motivated by issues of control over their lives.

Oh. I was referring specifically to the show, as I never read the comics. Although it sounds interesting to have a non-secret super hero. Maybe that's where they're heading w/ this recent development of Oliver's arrest.

"Casual"? I think they made an appropriately big deal of it, both in this episode and the previous one. I can't really say as I recall Green Arrow runnin' around killing people left and right.

I have no sympathy for people who suffer this 'dilemma.' If you're displeased w/ the pre-made, store-bought costumes available to you (a very real possibility), MAKE YOUR OWN. There's no 'rule' that describes how you have to dress. Retail costume stores don't care about how much of your personal identity is wrapped up…
