The internet was still in its infancy when B5 aired so they really didn't understand what direction it was going to take.  Still, technology seems very low level when you consider how big a difference there is between 1912 and 2012.  B5 takes place two and a half centuries hence.

Female Centauri have hair, I believe: I get the impression that being bald is a cultural thing, not a biological one.

I didn't like Ivanova's little dance either and I find it rather impossible to believe that the Lumati believed it either.  Also why can't humans just tell these aliens that sex is a very private thing for us and we don't just do it for anyone.  At least not on TV.  Still, it's 2260 after all, you'd think we'd be a

I would think that having his best friend and Chief Security Officer shot and nearly killed was a pretty big distraction…you couldn't have sent him another message or waited a few hours longer to begin your transformation, or had Lennier tell him the great secret, as he eventually wound up doing anyway?

According to the dialogue on the show, the devices in question were designed to transmit static on a particular frequency (in this case the Gold Channel, meant for Earth Force priority/secure transmissions), and were meant to be placed "just off the transfer point on IO" which is where Earth Force One would be when it

As I discussed in an earlier review, Lennier had lived an extremely sheltered life, well, by Human and Centauri standards anyway, and despite the trouble, what happened with Londo may have been a positive overall experience for him.  That he protected Londo only does him honor.
